Public recently opened its doors today on the sunny side of Stevensons square in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. This is definitely the spot for summer. They’re serving up a great selection of drinks, including refreshing cocktails. Their food offering is a selection of small bites, noodles, burgers and sandos. Everything off this menu is inspired by the Lower East Side’s late night bars, and the bustling energy of NYC’s Chinatown food scene.
