Blacka Group’s Emergency phone support line is open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. The service can be utilised by non-Blacka installation clients and is primarily utilsed by: night clubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, social clubs, schools, theaters, houses of worship, banqueting halls and retail outlets etc..

On initial call you will be connected with a skilled technician, with indepth knowledge of sound, AV and lighting hardware. We find that many client issues are often solved during this period.

If an engineer needs to be dispatched they will always arrive on site with replacement equipment from our rental stock. This is in case the problematic hardware is deemed to have a critical error or needs to be removed for repair. Our objective is to always get you up and running the same day.

The Blacka Group Venue Service Level Agreement provides regular on site sound, AV and lighting maintenance visits to single site business customers. Each Venue Service Agreement is tailored to the needs of the customer and can be delivered on a quarterly, biannual or annual basis. The service includes full telephone support, prioritised emergency callouts and discounted loan equipment and repairs.

The service is primarily utilsed by: night clubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, social clubs, schools, theaters, houses of worship, banqueting halls and retail outlets etc..

On the primary visit each piece of hardware is catalogued, then cleaned and tested. Wiring and connections are also checked and a report is provided to the client after each visit. The service agreement is a cost effective means of safeguarding against expensive hardware corruption and provides our clients with the peace of mind that the chance of unexpected hardware failure is reduced to a minimum.

The Blacka Group Multi Venue Service Level Agreement provides scheduled on site sound, AV and lighting maintenance visits to national chain and/or multi site business customers. The agreement provides all of the advantages of the Single Venue Service Level Agreement and can be delivered on a monthly, quarterly, biannual or annual basis.

Multi Venue Service Level Agreements are primarily utilsed by national chain and/or multi site: night clubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, social clubs, schools, theaters, houses of worship, banqueting halls and retail outlets etc.

On the primary visit to each venue, all hardware is catalogued, then cleaned and tested. Wiring and connections are also checked and a report is provided to the client after each site visit. Blacka Group support and maintenance will then schedule support visits based on your Service Level Agreement requirements.

The service agreement is an effective means of safeguarding against expensive hardware corruption and provides clients with the peace of mind that each of their facilities are always fully protected against costly downtime.
